1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

This legally binding Agreement governs your use of the RetroRide™ Platform — including all applications, websites, technologies, and services provided by RetroRide™. By accessing or using the RetroRide™ Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms made available to you.

RetroRide™ Services Include:

  • RetroRide™ (Standard)

  • RetroRide+™ (Premium)

  • RetroRide XL™ (Group)

  • RetroRide VIP™ (Luxury)

  • RetroRush™ (Emergency Delivery)

  • RetroEats™ (Food Delivery)

Platform Features:

  • Music Era Selection

  • Shop Mode (Coupon Clipping)

  • History Mode (Location Facts)

  • Community Mode (RetroHubs™)

  • Guardian Mode™ (Safety)

  • Pay-It-Forward Rides

  • Round-Up for Seniors

3. THE RETRORIDE™ PLATFORM

a. Service Modes
Your ride, your rules:

  • Shop Mode: Clip Pokémon GO–style coupons from local businesses.

  • History Mode: Receive auto-generated trivia about landmarks during trips.

  • Community Mode: Connect with RetroRiders™ in your area via RetroHubs™.

  • Music Era: Sync your ride to curated 70s/90s/Y2K playlists.

  • Guardian Mode™: Real-time safety monitoring with Noonlight integration.

b. Pay-It-Forward Program
Sponsor rides for:

  • Single parents commuting to work

  • Seniors attending medical appointments

  • Veterans accessing community services

Recipient identities remain confidential; only neighborhood information is displayed.

4. CHARGES & PAYMENTS

  1. Fee Types
     Charges may include:
  • Pay-It-Forward Donations (voluntary)

  • Round-Up for Seniors (e.g., $9.62 → $10 donation)

  • Shop Mode Commissions (15–20% on redeemed coupons)

  • Priority Mode Access (premium pricing for expedited service)

  1. Payment Authorization
     By using the RetroRide™ Platform, you authorize RetroRide™ to charge:
  • Round-Up donations automatically when activated

  • Pay-It-Forward pledges upon confirmation

 

5. RETRORANGER™ (DRIVER) STANDARDS

a. Requirements
All RetroRangers™ must:

  • Maintain valid transportation licensure in their operating state

  • Complete Blue-Check verification if eligible

  • Enable vehicle systems for Shop/History Mode triggers

  • Never override user-selected Music Era or Quiet Mode settings

b. Pay-It-Forward Protocol
When fulfilling sponsored rides:

  • Confirm recipient via app-generated code

  • Never request personal identification from recipients

  • Report misuse to safety@retroridehq.com

 

6. COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

a. Pay-It-Forward Transparency
Donors will receive:

  • Confirmation email with sponsored ride details

  • Quarterly impact reports (e.g., “Your $50 provided 7 work commutes”)

b. Round-Up for Seniors
Funds support:

  • Non-emergency medical transport

  • Grocery trips for low-income seniors

Funds administered by Halo Miles 

 

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

  • Use the RetroRide™ Platform for illegal purposes

  • Harm, threaten, or harass any RetroRider™ or RetroRanger™

  • Provide false identity, payment, or licensing information

  • Tamper with app GPS, payments, or safety features

  • Engage in unsafe driving, reckless behavior, or intoxication while using the service

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on the RetroRide™ Platform are the property of RetroRide™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The RetroRide™ Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

  • RetroRide™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • RetroRide™ is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, outages, third-party services).

 

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any dispute or claim between you and RetroRide™ will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that you may opt out by sending written notice to arbitrationoptout@retroridehq.com within 30 days of creating your account.

11. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

RetroRide™ may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or unsafe conduct.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except for the arbitration clause, which is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
