Accessibility Statement
RetroRide™ is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for all users. This statement outlines our commitment to providing an inclusive experience.

Our Commitment to Accessibility
RetroRide™ is committed to digital accessibility for all riders, drivers, partners, and visitors. We strive to ensure that our website and apps are usable by people with disabilities, and that barriers are identified and removed on an ongoing basis.

Scope and Standards
This statement applies to:
RetroRide websites (including RetroRideHQ.com and subdomains)
RetroRide mobile apps for iOS and Android
RetroEats and RetroRide Business web features
Public documents and emails we publish
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Where it is practical, we also consider AAA criteria for critical tasks.

How We Build and Test
Our accessibility practices include:
- Design with accessible color contrast, typography, and clear focus states
- Semantic HTML and ARIA only where needed
- Keyboard operability for all interactive elements
- Screen reader checks with VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS
- Automated checks during development and CI
- Manual audits of core user journeys each release
- Inclusive language and plain-English copy

Compatibility
Our services are designed to work with the most recent versions of major browsers and assistive technologies, including:
Desktop browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge
Mobile: iOS and Android
Assistive tech: screen readers, browser zoom, high-contrast modes, switch access, captions

Known Limitations
We are actively improving the following areas:
- Some third-party embeds may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA
- Legacy PDF documents may lack proper tagging
- Older marketing pages may have missing form labels
Interim alternatives are available on request. If you encounter an issue, please tell us so we can fix it quickly.

Third-Party Content
Our site and apps may link to or embed third-party services. While we encourage partners to support accessibility, we do not control their code. We review vendor accessibility where possible and provide alternatives when feasible.
