Troubleshooting

  • Can’t install on desktop: update Chrome or Edge, then refresh the page

  • No notifications: check system notification settings and allow RetroRide

  • Location issues: toggle location off and on, then relaunch the app

  • Still stuck: open Help Center or Contact Support
